Why we started 1deaLab

Our beginning wasn't planned, but driven by circumstances.

After years of working on large international projects, in the financial sector, education, and business development, we faced the same question that troubles many organizations: how to turn experience into concrete value for people and companies that need support today.

That's how 1deaLab was born.

A place where knowledge becomes solutions, ideas become projects, and experience becomes support for organizations that want to grow and develop.

Co-founder, Project Manager

Financial expert with experience in banking, internal audit, business analysis, and education.

After years of working in the financial sector, she further enriched her experience as a professor of economics, developing a practical approach to knowledge transfer and working with diverse groups of participants.

She focuses on financial planning, capacity building, education, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Jasenka Ćorić

Jasenka Ćorić

Project Management and Organizational Development Expert

Project manager and consultant with more than 25 years of experience leading international development programs, organizational development initiatives and business consulting assignments.

Throughout her career, she has led the implementation of multi-million-euro programs in the areas of economic development, tourism, employment and private sector development. Her expertise includes strategic planning, operational management, donor compliance, team leadership and organizational performance improvement.

At 1deaLab, she helps clients transform complex ideas and projects into well-structured processes, sustainable results and long-term growth.

Feđa Begović

Feđa Begović

Director (CEO)

Economic expert and consultant with over 20 years of experience in international projects, private sector development, tourism, and business consulting.

Throughout his career, he has led projects funded by USAID, the European Union, SIDA, IFAD, GIZ, and other international partners, including multi-million programs focused on economic development, tourism, and employment.

He has particular experience in market development, business planning, grants, and organizational development.
