Members of our team have participated in the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of grant programs worth tens of millions of BAM.

Our experience includes:

  • development and management of grant programs
  • defining criteria for evaluating project proposals
  • organization and supervision of evaluation processes
  • review and evaluation of grant applications
  • project and grant portfolio management
  • preparation of project proposals for international donors

This experience enables us to analyze grant calls not only from the perspective of applicants, but also from the perspective of organizations awarding funds.
